The Dissonances of Creativity

I'm really curious what happens when most of the data sets that the machine learning systems are using are already generated by them. Let's say 60% of the writing population online starts using these tools within 10 years. We'll get to the point where we do not change and grow because we're always doing derived data or is creativity always just that repetitive loop of recreation?
