I've Used the Ipad and the White Board for Brainstorming

The white board specifically is great for a group setting, especially if you're trying to brain storm. When i'm not working with somebody i tend to use the digital tools. I try to purpose my eye pad as a creative tool that if i meint to go for a thinking time session, i'm in to grab that. Most of the capturing happens on e the iphone, by the way.
