Intelligence has tried to assess whether the pandemic changed vladimir puton's mental state. Was he a solitary person before the pandemic? Was he a lonely figure? Prior to this virus, every leader is to some degree a lonely figure. But puton s not. Putin enjoyed being with people, but at the same time, he was always very suspicious of everybody.
