Some studies have these things called 30 days of dare to be average which is like they'll take perfectionist. My therapist tried this one. As I've definitely told you he was like you need to go in public and make an embarrassing stupid joke in front of your friends or in front of strangers. That was my challenge therapy. It's sometimes difficult to know the line between when is what I want appropriate and when is it over the top. But at the same time it's like well you didn't actually do anything bad. Like there are different levels of that in different societies.
