Why Is the American Office More Pular Now Than Ever?

i learned on your pad why gregg chose to remake the british pilot. But unfortunately, as a british viewer, watching one of our crown jewels of television being remade in that way, it instantly turned me off. So i like a lot of my compatriots, turned off the american office at that point and didn't look back. And then promptly just forgot about it. One day i put net flicks on my t v. I see that there's nine seasons. How is that even possible? The farther out i get from that pilot, the more i'm warming to this show and these characters.
