What Is Task Based Outsourcing?

There's two different types of outsourcing. There's either task or project-based outsourcing, and then there's team related outsourcing. I'm a massive advocate of building the team, right? But that doesn't mean that if I don't have enough work for someone full time, that I'm not going to go looking for someone to handle either that task or to manage your work on that project for me. It's as simple as that.
