Counter Strike: A Creative Mode

I think content is very important for this type of games, right? So making sure that the content gets better and better. I don't know if that 40% will all go to external creators. It goes to anyone who creates an island and Epic itself can create an island. And so I still think there's some fuzziness on how exactly that plays out.
