Klaus schwab has called for a citizenship of the internet and warned of a sibr pandemic. It does seem like a bridge too far to actually get us to that point of login with something like an idea card, but the idea is in the air. Some are even suggesting the green pass, or coved pass, could be implemented to access the internet,. most likely after a major outage that they would blame on a solar flare or something.
