How to Use an iPad to Take Notes

I feel like Apple should almost fight back by getting into the e-ing-key reader space a little bit, not so much for note-taking because I feel like an iPad with an Apple pencil is stronger. My concern with devices like the remarkable is the refresh rate and getting text off it once you've typed it and notes or that sort of thing. In its defense, writing on a remarkable is remarkably better than writing on glass. It feels much more natural. And that's where you want that ecosystem advantage. So for me, it would be that simple. Just an e-reader, maybe a book subscription service.
