Transplant Centers Reject Good Kidneys

Researchers looked at the reasons provided for each rejection. Centrs that used the kidneys got it right. Those kidneys performed essentially as they would have been expected to. Their transperent recipients benefited from receiving those kidneys and went on to do as well as one would expect. So what's the problem? Why do transplant centers reject good kidneys?
