The value of an architect is not creating copies of blueprints. The value of a structure engineer isn't in sitting there with a calculator and crunching finite element analysis. Understand how structures work, and how to set up the software that can crunch all those variables for them. And then my opinion, that is the value of a construction engineer, right?
