The Fragmentation of the Loyalty Market
130, slightly over 130 B2C loyalty programs exists. The points programs cover 12% of the market. The discount, 35% hybrid would be 50%. And we have one multi-partner program with over 10 significant partners. It's payback. This is mainly visible in e-commerce. Okay. So based on what we have discussed above, the loyalty market is very crowded and fragmented as you said. However, this expression disappears when we look deeper into the data. Only six largest programs reach a declared level of participation at the double digit level.
