How to Relay Concern in a Radiology Report
The best way to relay concern in the radiology report itself is to differentiate between simple obstruction and complex mobile obstruction. If you're giving a clear diagnosis, then deliver that clearly unequivocally so that you're directing management. I would recommend low threshold for repeating the imaging, but I really assume a more conversational tone.
