A New Rust Wallet for Desktop?

Prestige WI is just the porting of HWI to Rust. It's not complete Rust, but at least you do have some Rust interface. I mean, anybody who definitely wants to make a Rust wallet for desktop, we were talking about desktop wallets, it's ready to go there. ...by the HWI there.
