There's a variety of ways that you can support projects once you understand where the value is or can you bring other people into the scheme at the cost of maybe equity to add that missing valueYeah look there's multiple ways you can raise debt via property finance um and there's not to be debt as you say here it can be partnership arrangements it can be private investors. Obviously you need to make sure you've done sufficient due diligence before borrowing from an institution like this.
