Jim Milbury is the foil for us on this series, but a lot of discussion over the years of operating partners. Jim has been an operating partner for nice 17 years. So you might be the oldest living operating, the oldest tenured operating partner in the history of private equity. Do they drive better outcomes? I think as we talked about in part one, we're still in the first generation of operating partners inside private equity in general.
