The Return of the Son of Man

In Matthew 25, Jesus tells the disciples that there is a judgment coming. He also explains what it looks like for them to live and think in this expectant age. The final section of matthew talks about how discipline has been long overdue. It feels like we're sitting with a parent who justifiably needs to interject into our conversation some serious correction of their kids.
