How to Fill Your Willpower Bucket
I think it's a really good read for anybody who feels like they're just almost where they want to be but they can't quite get there. One of my favorite things was when you were talking about your willpower bucket and ways you can fill your willpower bucket because it's really hard to make change. I think sometimes what happens is we take advantage of times where we've felt motivated or we look back on times in our life. We then set the goal to be massively high without taking into account the daily demands that we have in our life today. But the willpower bucket is super important because it accounts for those daily demands.
