What's the Uncertainty?

There's a new mechanism for cancellation called uncensulation of tasks. It's something that was added fairly late in the game to 3.11. So it's not yet clear if there are edge cases where it fails totally. The other thing here that I wanted to ask you about is you don't say like create task, and you don't says start soon. Why do you say what's this like uncertainty about? Tell us about that.
