A Woman's Story of Raped Women and Girls

In 19 71, troops from what was then west parkestan fought for nine months to try to prevent bandesh becoming independent. Rape was one of the weapons they and their local collaborators used. It's been estimated some 200 thousand women are pregnant after being raped,. Some of them dozens of times. Lisa has been interested in their plight since she was 17. Her father had fought for bangaleshi independence. And he told her a story that would leave an indelible mark. She now lives in a shanty town hucker, and finds it hard to talk about her experience.
