So if we can slow it down and bring a mindful awareness, and as well, expore to ight, have a kind of investigation, so we can unpack it a little bit. In that that loosening up a we can begin to weaken the certainty of our beliefs. As we shine the light of awareness on them, they don't have to feel so true. And we can start ssing who we really are beyond those emotions and beliefs.
