We want to get into this virtuous cycle where you do something, you experience a bit of success and that motivates you to keep going. So how do you force yourself to do the thing even though you don't feel like it? Well, hopefully whatever it is you've decided to do is at least something you're moderately interested in - although it doesn't have to be. And so what you have to do is create a plan for my first week and a half to two weeks and I am going to follow that plan.
