The Importance of Bias in Cardiology
I've been kind of following this research ever since writing the book and also work closely with the British Heart Foundation as their ambassador. They do lots of research into women's health and released a report like biology and bias and how women are underserved in cardiology care. Yeah, all of the different disciplines and in medicine that were like Not treating women the same is costing women's lives. It makes me feel like so much anger and to think like it makes me think back on like treating patients Do I hold these biases like how are we getting away with this?
