Theoretically, dibegatron can also be dialyzed since it's mostly renily cleared and has low protein binding. But hemo dialysis is pretty time sensitive, which is not ideal in a sanguinating patient. And inserting that hemodialysis line on the anti coagulated patient is not without significant risks.
