How to Track Your Food
You can either do it manually just by writing down your food in like a journal and then adding up all of the the macronutrients and the calories afterwards. You don't have to do this every day, maybe every couple of days just to make sure you're on track and consistent. Another good app that I recommend is from a good friend, Dr. Lane Norton, it's called Carbon. This is an app that you pay for, but I use carbon myself and I highly recommend it. It has some cool AI built into that, which helps you either gain, maintain or lose weight based off of the way ends end.
