Do you follow a very structured based plan and program or do you do more intuitive kind of approach now yeah I mean I uh programs never this is common. There's no real overarching rigid structure to it I just like to playYeah anchor and master and just get a little bit better at these ideas every week if it can make me look good I'll do it now, he says. He does hypertrophy work and follows the internal strength model some days but there's a lot of days where he just wanted to go to the beach yesterday at a bad day so he went to the beach.
