The universal declaration of human rights which Eleanor Roosevelt helped draft for the United Nations is still 70 years on. 25 years ago a film was made in Nigeria for the at the time emerging home video market. That one film is credited with launching the phenomenally successful Nigerian film industry known as Nollywood. It's 1992 and in Lagos, Nigeria actor K'Nio O'K'Nio is hired to star in the new feature length video film. Alex last reports.
