The Dilbert Paradox of Scalable Efficiency
I believe all our large institutions around the world are driven by an institutional model that I call scalable efficiency. Do things faster and cheaper, and you will be successful at scale. That approach actually becomes more and more inefficient in a world that's rapidly changing. And so I believe we have to have a shift to a very different institutional model of learning called "scalable learning"
