i definitely have some tridentru drills and tools that will use, and i'll we practise those. And at first people can feel like, ok, what are we doing here? Because we'll practise it in low stress situations. I want to drill it with them to the point where when they are in a situation, the first thing that comes to mind for them is this new way of ineracting. You know, i think a lot about neural net working, like developing the pathways that people need,. so that they don't have to sit there and lik, go back through a book when they're in a high stress situation.
