How to Reflect on Your Year

You don't have to plan out every week. You just want to figure out the major phases. Don't try to lock down every training hour. It's okay to work one or two weeks at a time as long as you generally know what it is you're trying to work on and what stuff you're going to be doing. I think adding too much detail too early doesn't leave room for things to go sideways.
