The Maytag Incident
Sally Kohn: I want to ask you about the Maytag incident. She says her family bought a new washing machine when their old one stopped working. But it broke within two weeks and she couldn't get it fixed, even after calling every possible channel. "I have done everything I possibly can do at this point other than, do you know what Twitter is? And if I say something on Twitter, will you help me?" asks Kohn.
