If it's a strictly asset-light business, then you probably want to look at around minimum 700,000 and EBITDA unless you can't get a deal at three times. Maybe there's a little bit of customer concentration that you may or may not be comfortable with, but that could dictate a slightly lower multiple. And then again, I think that all ties back into cashflow, like financing that debt, what's left, and a side note on lending.
