The Hopeful Note From Sylvia Plass

Sylvia Plass wrote a novel about having to choose between two paths in her life. She said she couldn't make up her mind which of the figs she would choose. Her husband Aaron and I went through this, he moved across country for an MFA program. We missed each other but we've been happy because she needed to lead her own life. And that's a hopeful way of saying, look, you can make this decision.
