I Should Be How Cam

If you have harsh voices in your head about who you should be, they are nonsense. All there is is this central to this love, that is only here in the present moment. Love contains within it an aware ness that there isn't any other you. So, any voice any of us have within myself, guilt, shame. I should be how cam, i can't be more by now.
