Thrombolysis - Is There a Difference Between the Low and High Risk?

The low risk, intermediate risk and high risk category of pulmonary amalisms. What do the guide lines recommend in terms of management of each of these categories? I know you mentioned, for orse, that you would think in the back of your mind about thrombolysis. Can you discuss a little bit about anti quagulation and which categories you think about pursuing thombolysis?
