Saudi Arabia's One Million Barrel a Day Cut Unleashed
The United Arab Emirates most notably came out and didn't have to make a similar cut. I think that the market sees that as less significant than a across the board OPEC plus cut extended maybe for six months. Starting in 2024, these are going to come into effect. And that's really going to bring more clarity to the market because one of the issues that we've seen with OPEC is that they push through a one million barrel a day cut but it's not actually going to be one million barrels a day.
