There is now a black slash gray market emerging in second hand air tags that have intentionally had their speaker broken. Both all, all phones should scan for all trackers. So whatever needs to be done under the hood, they just need to work together so that an android phone will give you the same warnings as an iphone for apple stuff. And i'm going to plug my own.
