How to Automate Your Business

In the early days, I was helping all these people with automation of their business. And then one day a friend of mine sent me an email and he said, Hey, did you see that Google actually came up with a competitive product? So it was really bad news and I was like really shocked about it. Okay, why don't I apply my own medicine to my own business? Why don't I start automating things? And that just started things.
