How to Prevent Water From Freezing and Thawing
How do you prevent water that's very, very cold? We're talking minus 130 C. How do you take water that cold and have it not be crystal? There's a couple of different tools here. One is when you're dealing with the tissue, you pump it full of what's basically antifreeze. It makes the fluid more viscous. And so it's harder for it to sort of snap into a lattice formation.
