The 12 Oxen

The symbolism of the 12 oxen holding up the sea is that Israel is supposed to be the foundation, the foundation of blessing that is to go to the rest of the world. And so by removing the 12 Oxen and placing it on a single stone pedestal A has is basically saying hey, we are actually just like the sea. We're just like the rest ofthe world where we are no we are no different.
