What Happens When You Interrupt a Train of Thought?
In the Midwest, people wait until you're done talking and then they start talking. If you do that here on the East coast, especially with some of my friends, you will never get to say anything. But if you go to a chat conference, your train of thought is interrupted. And so anyway, that's another way that the conversation tends to move on.
