Jeff and I are both fighting over who gets to ask you the next question. You can choose which one you want to choose your own adventure right it's all about adventure. So my question is, you know, you just said you needed someone who was securely attached to model for you,. what it looked like to be securely attached so that then you could mirror that. Can you talk more about that process and why that's so important to do in an embodied way in order to change? Yeah.
