Getting Over OCD
When you're actually trying to get over OCD, if you're working with a therapist or a coach or you're getting support from somebody, then you're learning and you're growing. And even if you have a setback here and there, which you're going, it is going to happen. Unfortunately, it happens to all of us. But as long as you keep applying the skills and you keep trying your best, you're going to find a way out of that. Over time, you begin to get less setbacks and when you do get them, you tend to spend less time stuck in them.
