I don't talk specifically in the show about weight loss because it's such a hot topic. A lot of these shows come out of obsession. I'll go out to like clubs or I'll going out to like or I'll rent out a small theater in New York. And I will put these very imprecise versions of the stories on their feet, and then I'll record it and I'll listen back to it. It's just rinse and repeat for almost four years.
