I had a meeting last night. I went to the opening of somebody who will be coming on the podcast next month just to meet in person, get off of Zoom. So that was quite good fun. And I had a weekend away with my daughter, which was excellent and involved. More cold. You didn't go in another cryotherapy chamber, did you? No, we went in a natural outdoor swimming pool, which has got lovely. It's all tiled and lovely, like a little small pool with reeds at one end, 3.9 degrees. The second day was easier than the first day and it was coupled with 90s. This is the difference between me and Alice
