The Failure of the Housing Market

Professor Richard Holden is quoted in this aFR article saying zoning and construction regulations need to be reassessed. That's the way to fix our housing problems not revert to failed policies of the past, he says. He adds that if you want to increase supply, you just can't leave it to the private property market like there's now.
