The Importance of Rationality in Product Management
I think that every role you could have your localized concerns and then where the places, the touch points, the places where you intersect with other roles are either going to be full of friction or hopefully well connected in terms of understanding of each other's constraints. And so I think one of the functions of PM that's pretty useful is you're talking to first party and third party users of the software,. You're talking to the development developer teams that are creating the software. It's at least hopefully trying to make sure that what we're building is going to meet the needs that exist, as well as being like the thing that we want to build.
