The 2012 Olympics was an extraordinary opportunity for any power-hungry police officer or intelligence agent to say, we really must have this additional power. Not only were no additional powers introduced in the run up to the Olympics, none were requested. And I think for coolness under fire, actually that was rather impressive. We've got off pretty likely fingers crossed and touching wood in terms of international terrorist attacks compared with a country like France. It's difficult to gloat.
