Is There a Redistributive State?
For a society to be fair, it also needs to be organized so that its rules work to the advantage of the least advantaged. The priority should be making sure the worst off in a society are as well off as they can be. This is not an argument for communism or Bolshevik socialism; it's a liberal argument for a redistributive state.
