Introduction

The Accessibleabats are a team of three people at No Red Ink working to improve the product's accessibility. We get into the experience of improving accessibility, and what surprises and challenges the team is running to as they've worked to make a product already used by millions of users accessible to more. I was surprised by some of what I learned, and I think you might be too.
